IN . HER
element

I have come across very few conversations in Uganda and East Africa about what it really means to begin again in midlife. In Her Element begins with my own story, but it isn't only about me. It's about identity, work, courage, reinvention and discovering who we are becoming in the next phase of our lives.

Why In Her
Element exists

I don't have answers. What I can do is share my perspective and my experience, and hopefully spark the kind of conversation many of us have been looking for: one that helps us better understand how to navigate this phase of our lives.

How we show up
01

Staying Curious

I'm sharing my experience as it unfolds. It won't be a straight road; sometimes I will have breakthroughs, other times I will get stuck, but I will keep learning and moving forward.

02

Finding Clarity

Before we talk about careers, businesses or achievements, we begin with the person. Who am I today? Who do I want to become? What matters now? And what does this next phase ask of me?

03

Learning Together

When we share our questions, our stories and our reflections, we make it easier for ourselves, and for other women, to recognise themselves in this journey. Together, we can learn, grow and navigate this next phase with greater confidence.

This is not about reinventing myself.

It's about letting more of who I am come forward. In Her Element is where I share this.
